An introduction to the Alexander Technique for all readers, A Skill for Life was published by the Crowood Press in 1999. I also wrote its French version, La Technique Alexander: Principes et Pratique, published by Editions Dangles in 1997.

My first novel for young readers recounts the story of 13-year-old Becky Cohen, a budding violinist who battles against stage fright, a mean music teacher, the scorn of her peers, and bad hair. Published by Delacorte (an imprint of Random House), Befiddled came out in hardcover in November, 2005, and in paperback in August, 2007.

Backtracked, my second novel for young readers, tells the story of Tommy Latrella, a rebellious 16-year-old whose antics lead him into an epic time-travel. Official launch date: March 10, 2009. The Integrated Musician will be published by the Oxford University Press in late 2009. It presents innovative ways for all musicians to improve their coordination, sound, rhythm, daily practice, and much more besides. The book will have its own dedicated website, with video and audio files.
Rhythm & Flow in a Writer's Career is a book of practical suggestions for writers who want to nourish and sustain their creative flow. Currently under representation at the literary agency Writers House in New York City.
W.W. Werewolf is the story of Billy Farley, a 13-year-old brainiac and weakling who would stop at nothing in his quest to become a werewolf. Currently under representation at Writers House.
