Teaching and Learning the Alexander Technique Online

A practical workshop offering new tools and concepts. It’ll start with our redefining the Alexander Technique in a deep, broad, and meaningful way. Then we’ll use exercises, situations, jokes, anecdotes, provocations, and curated video clips to trigger our creativity and to get us to “work on ourselves” and to help our students work on themselves.

Open to certified teachers and students of all levels. The only requirement is for you “to be willing to play the game.”

Each session limited to 12 participants. Each session covers different materials and subjects. Sign up for one, sign up for all. I’m running these workshops by donation, without a minimum fee: take the workshops for free if you wish, make me a generous donation if you wish! Email me for account information.

Sessions consist of 75 minutes of workshopping followed by optional 15 minutes of collegial chatting.
